
1 tbsp cress
2 piece kohlrabi
1 tsp lemon juice
3 tbsp mayonnaise (vegan)
70 g peas
2 pinch salt
1 tbsp sesame (white)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp wasabi paste
Peel the kohlrabi and dice it into approx. 0.5 cm cubes.
Toast the sesame seeds in a pan without any fat then put them in a bowl.

Mix the mayonnaise with the wasabi paste.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and swirl it around. Fry the diced kohlrabi over a medium heat until golden brown.
Add the peas and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the toasted sesame seeds to the kohlrabi and peas and season with salt.

Divide the fried vegetables between the spoons and top with a dollop of wasabi mayonnaise.
Garnish with cress and lemon juice.
