1 tbsp Cress
1 tsp Lemon juice
70 g Peas
2 pinch Salt
1 tbsp Wasabi paste
2 piece kohlrabi
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
1 tbsp white sesame
Peel the kohlrabi and cut into cubes about 0.5 cm in size.
Roast the sesame seeds in a pan without adding any fat and then pour into a bowl.

Mix the mayonnaise with the wasabi paste.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and swirl it around. Fry the kohlrabi cubes over a medium heat until golden brown.
Add the peas and cook for a further 2 mins.
Add the roasted sesame seeds to the kohlrabi and peas and season with salt.

Divide the roasted vegetables between the spoons and top with a dollop of wasabi mayonnaise.
Garnish with cress and lemon juice.
