
500 g almonds (unpeeled)
0.5 tsp chilli powder
300 g raw cane sugar
1 tsp salt
300 ml water
Preheat the BORA X BO to 170°C / -100%.
Put the almonds in a bowl.
Pour the raw cane sugar and water onto the deep universal tray and spread them out evenly.
Once the BORA X BO has heated up, insert the food in the middle of the oven and caramelise for 10 minutes.

Remove the universal tray, add the almonds and stir well with a spoon.
Bake for another 15 minutes.
