6 level tbsp Fresh or frozen peas
2 units Kohlrabi (approx. 300 g each)
3 tbsp Vegan mayonnaise
1 level tbsp Wasabi paste
Peel the kohlrabi, cut away the stalks generously and cut into cubes about 0.5 cm in size. Fry the kohlrabi cubes in a pan over a medium heat with a little sesame oil until golden brown.

Meanwhile, mix the mayonnaise with the wasabi paste.

Add the peas to the kohlrabi and cook for a further 2 mins. Mix the roasted sesame seeds, kohlrabi and peas and season with sea salt.

To serve, place some of the grilled kohlrabi cubes on each spoon and stagger the peas. Finish with a dollop of wasabi mayonnaise using a piping bag, garnish with shiso cress and a squeeze of lemon juice.
