Divide the dough into four portions, carefully shape each portion into a roll with a diameter of approx 1 cm, then cut 1.5 cm slices from the rolls. Spread out the gnocchi on the perforated stainless steel tray.
Start the "Gnocchi" automatic programme and follow the programme sequence. You will receive push notifications whenever a step takes place in the BORA X BO and you can confirm these at the relevant time.
Once the BORA X BO has heated up, put the gnocchi in the middle of the oven to steam.
