  • 1 tsp Curry

  • 0.5 tbsp Ground ginger

  • 50 ml Olive oil

  • 0.5 tbsp Sugar

  • 600 ml Water

Method

  • Prepare the couscous

    Put the couscous in the deep universal tray. Thoroughly mix the water, salt and spices in a pan, bring to the boil and instantly remove from the cooktop. Add the olive oil to the stock and pour the mixture over the couscous.  

  • Ingredients

  • 400 g Couscous, 600 ml Water, 1 tsp Curry, 0.5 tbsp Ground ginger, 0.5 tsp Cinnamon powder, 0.5 tbsp Sugar, 1 pinch Cayenne pepper, 50 ml Olive oil

  • Start the automatic programme

    Start the “Couscous” automatic programme and follow the programme sequence. You will receive push notifications whenever a step takes place in the BORA X BO and you can confirm these at the relevant time.

  • Steam the couscous

    Once the BORA X BO has heated up, insert the deep universal tray and leave the couscous to swell. Remove the tray from the oven and separate the couscous with a fork before serving.
