1 pinch cayenne pepper
400 g couscous
1 tsp curry
0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
0.5 tsp ground ginger
50 ml olive oil
1 tbsp salt
0.5 tsp sugar
600 ml water
Put the couscous in the deep universal tray.
Thoroughly mix the water and spices in a pan, bring to the boil and instantly remove from the cooktop. Add olive oil to the stock and pour the mixture over the couscous.
