1 kg Largely waxy potatoes
Olive oil
25 g Pumpkin seeds
25 g Sesame
250 ml Soya cream
25 g Sunflower seeds
900 ml Vegetable stock
2 leaf bay leaves
0.5 tsp dried thyme
1 pinch ground pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
2 piece onions
2 pinch salt
Peel and dice the onion.
Peel and halve the potatoes.

Heat the oil in a large pan over a medium heat.
Sauté the onions.
Add the potatoes and remaining ingredients and simmer for approx. 20 mins.

Heat the oil in a pan and spread out.
Roast the seeds until golden brown and season with salt.

Add the soya cream to the soup and puree.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.

250 ml Soya cream, 1 pinch salt, 1 pinch ground pepper
Divide the soup between soup plates and garnish with roasted seeds.
