Peel and dice the onions.
Peel and halve the potatoes.

Heat the oil in a large pan over a medium heat.
Sauté the onions.
Add the potatoes and remaining ingredients and simmer for approx. 20 minutes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and swirl it around.
Toast the seeds until golden brown and season with salt.

Add the soya cream to the soup and blend.
Season with salt and pepper.

Divide the soup between soup plates and garnish with toasted seeds.
