0.5 tsp ground cumin
1 pinch ground pepper
300 g kidney beans
20 g linseed
1 piece onion
3 tbsp rapeseed oil
100 g rolled oats

0.5 tsp smoked paprika
50 g sunflower seeds
45 g tomato purée
Peel and dice the onion and garlic and sauté in a frying pan.
Ingredients

Pulverise the oats in a food processor.
Add the remaining ingredients to the food processor – except for the beetroot – and blitz.
Peel and dice the beetroot. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix.

Grease the universal tray.
Shape the mixture into even-sized patties, place them on the universal tray, then brush with oil.
