150 ml Almond milk
250 g Beetroot
0.5 tsp Cumin
1 clove Garlic
300 g Kidney beans
20 g Linseed
100 g Oats
1 units Onion
0.5 tsp Paprika powder (smoked)
1 pinch Pepper (ground)
3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
1 tsp Salt
25 ml Sesame oil
50 g Sunflower seeds
45 g Tomato purée
Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic and sauté in a frying pan.

Pulverise the oats in a food processor. Add the remaining ingredients to the food processor – except for the beetroot – and blitz. Peel the beetroot and cut it into small cubes. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well until a smooth, uniform mixture is formed.

Grease the universal tray with vegetable oil. Shape the mixture into evenly sized patties and place them on the greased tray. Then brush the patties with vegetable oil.

Start the “Vegan burger patties” automatic programme and follow the programme sequence. You will receive push notifications whenever a step takes place in the BORA X BO and you can confirm these at the relevant time.
Once the BORA X BO has heated up, insert the food. Turn the patties over when notified to do so. Remove from the oven and brush with vegan BBQ sauce according to taste.
