0.5 tsp bicarbonate of soda
110 g butter
100 g dark chocolate
50 g desiccated coconut
1 piece egg
1 piece organic lemon
1 pinch salt
160 g sugar
0.5 tsp vanilla sugar
210 g wheat flour
100 g white chocolate
Soften the butter.
Wash the lemon in hot water, dry and grate half the zest. Keep the rest of the lemon in the fridge for future use.
Chop the chocolate.

Place the soft butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt in a mixing bowl and beat with a hand mixer until fluffy.
Add the egg and continue to beat the mixture.
Add the flour, bicarbonate of soda, dessicated coconut, lemon zest and chopped chocolate and knead together.

Shape the dough into equal-sized balls with a spoon and space them out on the universal tray.
Start the “Cookies” programme and follow the steps.
Once the BORA X BO has heated up, put the food in the oven.
When done, take the cookies out of the oven and leave to cool slightly before serving.
