Method

  • Prepare the ingredients

    Soften the butter.

    Wash the lemon in hot water, dry and grate half the zest. Keep the rest of the lemon in the fridge for other recipes.

    Chop the chocolate.

  • Prepare the dough

    Place the soft butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt in a mixing bowl and beat with a hand mixer until fluffy.

    Add the egg and continue to beat the mixture.

    Add the flour, bicarbonate of soda, coconut flakes, lemon zest and chopped chocolate and knead together.

  • Shape the cookies

    Shape the dough into equal-sized balls with a spoon and place them on the universal tray with space between them.

  • Start the automatic programme

    Start the "Cookies" programme and follow the procedure.

  • Bake the cookies

    Once the BORA X BO has heated up, insert the food in the middle of the oven.

  • Finishing touches

    Remove the finished cookies and leave to cool briefly before serving.
