  • 200 g Light miso paste

  • 30 g Mirin (Japanese rice wine)

  • 10 g Raw cane sugar

  • 30 g Saké

    Asian, Japanese

    Sulphur dioxide/sulphites, Soya

    Sugar, Alcohol, Histamine

Method

  • Make the glaze

    Mix the sake and mirin with the sugar in a small pan and simmer until the sugar has completely dissolved. Stir in the miso paste.

  • Ingredients

  • 30 g Saké, 30 g Mirin (Japanese rice wine), 10 g Raw cane sugar, 200 g Light miso paste

  • Prepare the cod

    Dab the fish fillets dry with kitchen roll, spread on the miso paste and place on the universal tray.

  • Start the automatic programme

    Start the "Glazed cod" automatic programme and follow the programme sequence. You will receive push notifications whenever a step takes place in the BORA X BO and you can confirm these at the relevant time.

  • Cook the cod

    Once the BORA X BO has heated up, put the universal tray in the middle of the oven and cook the cod.
