
1 piece chilli pepper
3 clove garlic
1 L olive oil
2 sprig rosemary
3 sprig thyme
Wash the herbs and chilli pepper and shake them dry. Peel the garlic. Lightly press the chilli pepper and garlic with a knife.
Place all the ingredients in the large vacuum box. Vacuum seal the herb oil in the BORA QVac.
Leave to infuse in the fridge for a day.

Strain the oil through a sieve into a bottle.
You can add herb sprigs or a chilli pepper as decoration.
Vacuum seal with the vacuum sealer to keep the oil for longer and preserve the flavour.
