  • 100 g clarified butter

  • 2 piece eggs

  • 60 g flour

  • 2 tsp paprika (sweet)

  • 4 pinch pepper (ground)

  • 0.5 tsp salt

  • 150 g spelt breadcrumbs

  • 600 g turkey breast

Method

  • Prepare the panade

    Mix the spelt breadcrumbs and paprika powder.

    Pour the breadcrumb mixture, flour and eggs into three separate, deep plates. Lightly beat the eggs with a fork.

  • 150 g spelt breadcrumbs, 2 tsp paprika (sweet), 2 piece eggs, 60 g flour

  • Coat the cutlets

    Cut the turkey into equal slices, flatten evenly with a meat mallet, season with salt and pepper on both sides and sprinkle with a little water.

    Turn the pieces of meat in the flour one by one, dip in the egg mixture and leave to drain briefly.

    Then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture and press down lightly.

  • Start the automatic programme

    Start the "Turkey schnitzel" programme and follow the procedure.

  • Put the food in the oven

    Melt the clarified butter in a pan over a low heat.

    Place the schnitzel on the universal tray and brush both sides with the melted clarified butter.

    As soon as the BORA X BO has heated up, place the food in the centre.

    When notified, turn the food over and finish cooking.

    Remove the finished schnitzels.

     

    Garnish with a wedge of lemon and enjoy with chips or potato salad.
