3 sheet Bay
1 pinch Cinnamon powder
0.5 tsp Curry powder
0.5 tsp Ground ginger
400 g Quinoa
10 g Salt
1 level tbsp Sugar
600 ml Water
Put the quinoa in a sieve, rinse it under cold running water and leave to strain. Put all of the ingredients on the deep universal tray and mix well.

Start the “Quinoa” automatic programme and follow the programme sequence. You will receive push notifications whenever a step takes place in the BORA X BO and you can confirm these at the relevant time.
Once the BORA X BO has heated up, put the food in the oven and steam until soft. Remove the tray from the oven and separate the quinoa with a fork before serving.
