3 leaf bay leaf
1 pinch cinnamon
0.5 tsp curry powder
0.5 tsp ground ginger
400 g quinoa
2 tsp salt
1 level tbsp sugar
600 ml water
Put the quinoa in a sieve, rinse it under cold running water and leave to strain.
