  • 3 leaf bay leaf

  • 1 pinch cinnamon

  • 0.5 tsp curry powder

  • 0.5 tsp ground ginger

  • 400 g quinoa

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1 level tbsp sugar

  • 600 ml water

Method

  • Prepare the quinoa

    Put the quinoa in a sieve, rinse it under cold running water and leave to strain.

    Put all of the ingredients on the deep universal tray and mix well.

  • 400 g quinoa, 600 ml water, 3 leaf bay leaf, 0.5 tsp curry powder, 0.5 tsp ground ginger, 1 level tbsp sugar, 2 tsp salt, 1 pinch cinnamon

  • Start the automatic programme

    Start the “Quinoa” programme and follow the steps. 

  • Put the food in the oven

    Once the BORA X BO has heated up, put the food inside.

  • Finishing touches

    When done, take the quinoa out, transfer to another container and loosen with a fork before serving.
