Spelt Kaiserschmarrn pancakes with cranberries
Mix the salt and sugar into the oat milk. Add the flour and stir in the eggs. Pour onto the Tepan cooktop, add the cranberries and cook on both sides until golden brown. Use a spatula to tear the pancakes into small pieces and dust with ground birch sugar. Serve with apple sauce or plum compote.
- 300 ml oat milk
- 35 g birch sugar
- 210 g spelt flour
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp dried cranberries
- Finely ground birch sugar for dusting
