450 g Flour
25 g Sugar
120 g butter
3 piece eggs
20 g fresh yeast
200 ml milk
1 pinch salt
50 g sugar
Heat the sugar and milk in a small pan until the sugar has dissolved. Stir in the yeast and leave to rise for approx. 10 min.
Place the flour and salt in a bowl. Separate the eggs. Add the egg yolks, softened butter and the milk mixture and knead into a smooth dough using a mixer with dough hooks.
Keep the egg whites in the fridge for future recipes.

Start the special programme "Leave dough to rise" at 30°C and leave to rise for 30 minutes.
Grease the baking dish with butter and sprinkle with sugar. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces, shape them into balls and place them in the baking dish with a little space between them.
Start the special programme "Let the dough rise" at 30°C and leave to rise for another 30 minutes.

Melt the butter in a small pan.
After rising, brush the dough pieces with half of the melted butter.

Start the "Tube noodles" programme and follow the procedure.
As soon as the BORA X BO has heated up, insert the baking and grilling rack and place the oven dish on top.
Remove the finished noodles and brush with the remaining butter.
Dust with icing sugar if desired and serve with vanilla sauce or compote.
