0.5 tsp baking powder
1 piece banana
100 g blueberries
115 g butter
30 g cocoa powder
115 g dark chocolate
3 piece eggs
40 ml milk
1 pinch salt
190 g sugar
230 g type 550 wheat flour
0.5 tsp vanilla sugar
Soften the butter. Mix well with the sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add the milk and eggs and mix well. Add the flour, salt and baking powder and mix briefly.
Peel a ripe banana and cut into chunks. Fold in the banana pieces. Divide the batter evenly between two bowls.

Divide the batter into two equal portions.
For the chocolate muffins: start the special programme "Melt chocolate" and melt the dark chocolate.
Add the melted chocolate and cocoa powder to the first half of the batter and mix well.
For the blueberry muffins: fold the blueberries into the second half of the batter.
Ingredients
30 g cocoa powder, 115 g dark chocolate, 100 g blueberries
Place the paper cases in the muffin tray.
Pour the batter into two piping bags and fill the cases about 2/3 full.
Alternatively, you can spoon the mixture into the cases using two tablespoons.
Start the “Muffins” programme and follow the steps.
Once the BORA X BO has heated up, put the muffin tray on the oven rack in the middle of the oven.
When baked, take the muffins out.
Leave them to cool for around 30 minutes before serving.
