Fit and healthy from home

Becoming the best version of yourself through home workouts in your own four walls, without large fitness equipment and with natural nutrition without extra powders - that's what Anne from BodyKiss stands for. Because sport is for everyone.

Get to know Anne and BodyKiss

For 8 years now, Anne has been showing how it is possible to get fit from home on YouTube under "BodyKiss" and in her own new sports programme "Dein BodyKiss", which has been available since 01.01.2022. She also shares simple, delicious and healthy recipes on her YouTube channel "BodyFood". She is supported by her husband Daniel, who is usually behind the camera, but also sometimes shows alternative workout exercises in front of the camera. The two now also have their own online shop where you can buy sportswear and various items of sports equipment. All designed for training from home.

Sport and nutrition go hand in hand

In addition to sport, a healthy, balanced and above all natural diet is essential to keep your body fit. Regardless of whether you want a more defined figure, are focussing on building muscle or want to gain or lose weight healthily. Natural foods above all because they are best absorbed and processed by our system. It is also important to eat a protein-rich diet. Proteins are important for building muscle. They are part of our hormones, help build our tissue and are responsible for the health of our organs and a functioning immune system. They also keep you full for longer if they are sufficiently integrated into your daily diet. Natural sources of protein include pulses (lentils or peas), nuts and seeds (pumpkin or linseed), tofu or cereals such as oatmeal.

Simple and protein-rich recipe to recreate

A light, protein-rich meal that is quick to prepare, fills you up and tastes delicious. That's what Anne likes to conjure up in her new kitchen. Among other things, she is supported by our BORA Professional, which she had installed at home. The best thing about it for Anne is the discreet design and the unobstructed view thanks to the lack of an extractor bonnet, which is of course a huge advantage when filming cooking videos.

Work up an appetite? Here is the recipe.

        Sweet potato curry

        Ingredients:

500g sweet potato, 200g carrots, 1 tin of chickpeas, 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, small piece of ginger, 500g vegetable stock, 150ml coconut milk, 20g cashew nuts, 2 tbsp soy sauce, salt & pepper, 2 tbsp curry powder, coriander to taste

        Preparation:

Take a large non-stick pan, peel the sweet potatoes and carrots and cut into 2 cm cubes. Peel and finely dice the ginger, garlic and onion. Place these 3 together in the pan and sauté lightly, then add the remaining ingredients and simmer for about 15-20 minutes with the pan closed until the vegetables are cooked. Serve and garnish with coriander. Enjoy!
