    After enjoying the barbecue comes the cleaning - and this can be done in no time at all.

     

    • Soak the grid of a table grill in warm water with a little washing-up liquid for a few hours. Residues can then be removed with a sponge. 

     

    • Thanks to the non-stick coating, it is usually sufficient to clean a contact grill with a soft, damp cloth.

      With the right equipment, indoor barbecuing is safe and convenient. Important: use an electric barbecue that produces hardly any smoke and no dangerous carbon monoxide. Do not use charcoal: carbon monoxide can be life-threatening.

      An indoor barbecue works with an electric heating element and therefore produces little smoke. All you need to operate it is a power socket. This means you can barbecue regardless of the weather and wherever you want: in the living room, in the kitchen or in the conservatory.

      An electric grill or the BORA Tepan stainless steel grill are best suited for indoor grilling.

      For many people, a characteristic smoky aroma is part of the perfect steak. Although the electric grill itself does not produce any smoke, you can help it along with a smoker box, which you simply place on the grill surface.
