iF Design Award and Plus X Award

Accolades for BORA Classic 2.0 and BORA Pure, already before market launch

In addition to the coveted iF DESIGN AWARD for our innovative products BORA Classic 2.0 and BORA Pure, we were also awarded with one of the world's largest innovation prize, the Plus X Award, in the categories Innovation, High Quality, Design, Ease of Use and Functionality. This means, our innovations have been honoured with two important awards even before market launch. The product development involved in BORA Classic 2.0 is directed towards the company’s uncompromising mission to be the driving force of innovative product design and technology. The central operating unit of the modular cooktop extractor system is a true innovation with its new vertical slider (sControl+). All important operating functions are available at the push of a button and the context sensitivity, which uses colours, dark/light switching, acoustic signals and targeted animations, makes day-to-day use as easy as pie. BORA Pure is a compact system and an introduction into the world of BORA cooktop extractors. The design is sleek and simple, but with plenty of character. The air inlet nozzle is available in six different colours, enabling a personal touch in every home. Another highlight is the newly developed, space-saving concept for removing the recirculation filter. The filter can be replaced within a matter of seconds, as easy as pie. The fully flush-mounted induction cooktop offers four cooking zones. With its ergonomic design and arrangement of functions, the innovative operating concept is sure to win you over. The most important functions with their acoustic and visual feedback can be quickly operated via the intuitive vertical slider (sControl) at the push of a button.
