0.5 tsp Baking soda
30 g Cocoa powder
50 g Coconut, desiccated
100 g Dark chocolate
0.5 units Lemon
50 g Pistachios
60 g Salted peanuts
110 g Soft butter
160 g Sugar
0.5 tsp Vanilla sugar
210 g Wheat flour
100 g White chocolate
Leave the butter to soften. Wash the lemon in hot water, dry it and finely zest the peel. Chop up the chocolate.

Put the soft butter in a mixing bowl with the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt and whisk until frothy. Crack the egg into the frothy butter and whisk again. Add the flour, baking soda, desiccated coconut and lemon zest, as well as either pistachios, salted peanuts or cocoa powder (depending on the variant). Also mix in the chopped chocolate. Knead well.

After the dough has rested for about 1 minute, shape it into evenly sized cookies, each weighing approximately 50 g. Use a spoon or ice-cream scoop to do this. Form circles with the dough and place them on the tray.
Start the “Cookies” automatic programme and follow the programme sequence. You will receive push notifications whenever a step takes place in the BORA X BO and you can confirm these at the relevant time.
Once the BORA X BO has heated up, insert the cookies. Remove the tray from the oven and leave the hot cookies to cool for at least 40 minutes.
