1.4 l milk
300 g pudding rice
85 g raw cane sugar
1 pinch salt
1 units vanilla pod
Place the rice in a sieve and rinse under cold running water.
Cut the vanilla pod in half lengthways and scrape out the seeds with the back of a knife.
Place all the ingredients together with the vanilla seeds on a deep universal tray and mix thoroughly.

Start the “Rice pudding” programme and follow the steps.
As soon as the BORA X BO has heated up, put the food in the middle of the oven.
Stir the rice well between cooking steps.
When done, take the rice pudding out and stir well.
Serve with cinnamon to taste.
