Method

  • Marinate the chicken

    Mix the paprika, salt, pepper and sugar in a bowl.


    Massage the spice mixture evenly into the top and bottom of the chicken.

    For a particularly flavoursome result, marinate the chicken for at least 3 hours.

  • Start the automatic programme

    Start the “Roast chicken” programme and follow the steps.

  • Put the food in the oven

    Put the chicken on the universal tray with the breast-side facing upwards.

    Once the BORA X BO has heated up, insert the food thermometer and put the food in the middle of the oven.

    When notified, baste the chicken with the cooking fat and finish roasting.

  • Finishing touches

    Remove the roast chicken from the oven and serve hot.
