1 pinch Sugar
0.5 tsp White pepper
Put the paprika, salt, white pepper and sugar in a large bowl and mix. Massage the spice mixture evenly into the top and bottom of the chicken. For a more flavoursome finish, marinate the chicken in the herbs and spices for at least 3 hours or overnight.

Put the chicken on the universal tray with the breast-side facing upwards. Once the BORA X BO has heated up, insert the food thermometer and put the food in the middle of the oven. Roast the chicken. Once you receive a notification, brush the chicken with the cooking fat and finish roasting.
