Here at BORA, we believe that health and nutrition are essential building blocks of a modern, sustainable lifestyle. That's why our recipes follow the BORA nutrition guidelines, which we have adopted from our professional cycling team BORA – hansgrohe. This means no restrictions but instead healthy alternatives which make dishes more wholesome in terms of nutrients, tolerability and well-being. Recipes that particularly meet our nutrition guidelines are labelled “BORA Choice”. They are of course at the same time delicious and quick and easy to prepare.

We believe in proper, wholesome food that will provide us with energy and nutrients. That means unadulterated, unprocessed ingredients that are as natural as possible. No additives, preservatives or artificial ingredients. The fundamentals of this philosophy

  • High-quality animal protein and pulses
  • Sufficient healthy fats
  • Very little cow’s milk (plant-based milk substitutes)
