Name: The brand name BORA is derived from the name of the Croatian katabatic wind, which blows along the Adriatic coast and symbolically represents our principle of downdraft extraction

Founder & CEO: Willi Bruckbauer (born in Rosenheim, Germany) is a seventh generation master joiner, a passionate amateur chef and the owner of werkhaus (a Raubling-based company specialising in exclusive interior design and furnishings)

Produktportföljen utvidgades med ång- och baksystem, därefter kom kyl- och fryssystemen, samt rengörings- och spolsystem. Med sortimentet och Live Experience arbetas ständigt, för att även i fortsättningen kunna erbjuda BORA fans och kunder de bästa matlagningsupplevelserna. Produkter från BORA utmärker sig genom högsta prestation, enkel rengöring och enkel betjäning. Tack vare den tidlösa designen infogar de sig i varje kök och sörjer för frisk luft och fri sikt i livsrummet kök.

BORA sysselsätter över 750 medarbetare över hela världen, särskilt i Raubling, Niederndorf och Sydney samt i vår Flagship Store i Herford. BORA produkterna säljs numera världsvitt i mer än 40 länder.
