Activated charcoal filters trap unpleasant odours. As they have a limited capacity, the filter needs to be changed regularly – as soon as the activated charcoal is saturated and no more odours can be filtered through.
The service life of the filter is one year.
The BORA Cool odour filter KGF is located in the ventilator cover with the BORA logo and filters the air by means of activated charcoal. It ensures optimal air quality in the appliance.
Remove the cover from the fan housing by pulling it sideways.
Take the odour filter out of its holder.
Push the new odour filter into the holder as far as it will go, ensuring that the two projecting retaining pins are facing the holder. Make sure that it does not become wedged.
Fit the ventilator cover with the new odour filter to the fan housing.
