BORA presents its product novelties at EuroCucina 2014

Raubling. BORA LüftungstechnikGmbH, manufacturer of innovative cooktop extractor systems from Bavaria, presents two expansions of its internationally successful product lines BORA Basic and BORA Classic at EuroCucina 2014 in Milan:

BORA Basic–nowalso available with Hyper glass ceramic cooktop

The entry-level model BORA Basic, which has only been delivered with induction technology so far, is now also available with a high-performance Hyper glass ceramic cooktop. Thanks to state-of-the-art technology, the beam radiator (HiLight), which generates 3000 watt, produces significantly more power, while ensuring the best cooking results faster than conventional beam radiators. The heating time is reduced by 30 per cent. The cooktop with four cooking zones is available as a compact system with the tried and tested integrated BORA cooktop extractor in both the exhaust air and the recircu-lated air versions. Due to its Hyper stage, automatic pre-cook valve and warming function, this new product ensures an ideal, appropriate heating power. The comprehensive technical features, such as the timer function, the residual heat display, the touch controls, the automatic after-run, and the filter service, meet the company's high standards regarding functionality.

Innovative heating technology: Tepan stainless steel grill–nowalso available for BORA Classic

BORA Classic is now also available with a Tepanstainless steel grill. Due to the full-surface heating technology, you can achieve best cooking results on a 6 mm thick plate of deep-drawn, brushed stain-less steel. The formed heating elements that are optimally tailored to the cooking zones ensure an even and thorough heating of the plate, a quicker response time and a faster attainment of the target temperature. On the large surface area of the cooking zone you can also fry a large piece of meat at 2,800 watt evenly on each side until it is crisp. Thanks to the rounded interior edges the cooktop can be cleaned very easily and without any effort. The power control can be operated in nine stages via a well-designed control knob.
