Fruit salad with caramelised nuts
Preparação
PREPARE THE DRESSING
Squeeze the oranges. Coarsely chop the nuts. Add the sugar to a frying pan with the juice of about half an orange and caramelise on your cooktop on level 7. Add the nuts, salt and cinnamon. Stir well and set aside for later.
ADD THE FINISHING TOUCHES TO THE FRUIT SALAD
Wash the apple, pear, grapes and kumquats. Fillet the blood orange and cut the kumquats and grapes in half. Core and dice the apple and pear. Transfer the fruit to a bowl, add the caramelised nuts and the remaining orange juice and stir well.

- 1 Boskoop apple (medium)
- 1 pear
- 12 kumquats
- 1 blood orange
- 50 g blue grapes
- 50 g white grapes
- 30 g raw cane sugar
