Prepare quinoa

Place the quinoa in a sieve, rinse under cold running water and strain. Place all ingredients on the deep universal tray, mix well and gently steam in the X BO (98°/100% humidity) for 30 min. Take the dish out of the oven and loosen up the quinoa with a fork before serving.


Pro tip

As a variation on the recipe, you can add vegetable or meat stock and other herbs and spices, such as saffron.

  • 400 g quinoa
  • 600 ml water
  • 10 g salt
  • 3 bay leaves
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 1 level 1 tsp sugar
