During the summer season, BORA employees particularly enjoy spending their lunch breaks on the roof terraces in Raubling and Niederndorf, which offer a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains at both locations.
The roof terraces are also a popular meeting place for cool drinks and lively discussions after work.
At BORA, we place great importance on promoting a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet. This also includes breaks in the fresh air, as a regular exchange of air is important for the health and performance of employees.
The BORA roof terraces are therefore very popular in good weather: as a retreat for rest and relaxation during the working day or as a meeting place for lunch with colleagues. Glass doors lead employees from the Hälzyba, where fresh salads are served daily, directly onto the roof terrace, which is equipped with plenty of seating and bar tables.
Large glass sliding doors ensure the Tyrolean or Bavarian mountain vistas can still be enjoyed while cooking and relaxing indoors. In Niederndorf, for example, the local Hechenberg mountain is right on our doorstep – the site of the pilgrimage church “Maria Heimsuchung”. The Kaiser Mountains and the Kaisertal nature reserve located there are a true natural jewel and can also be viewed from our roof terrace in Niederndorf.
The roof terrace on the ninth floor of Raubling offers an amazing view of the mountain ranges. including those of the Wendelstein, Breitenstein and Kranzhorn. This means employees can start plan their next weekend mountain hike while on their lunch break. On very clear days, staff in Raubling can almost see as far as Niederndorf – or at least up to the Zahmer Kaiser mountain chain.
