BORA moves to new company building in Niederndorf

Niederndorf. After just one year of construction, BORA Lüftungstechnik GmbH is moving into an architecturally stunning building in Austrian Niederndorf next to the administrative headquarters in Raubling. All global services from product research and development, through product management and corporate architecture to marketing and international sales will be accommodated at the site. Architects Guggenbichler + Wagenstaller from Rosenheim – with considerable input from BORA founder Willi Bruckbauer – have succeeded in creating a design statement with an attractive mountain view thanks to oversized glass elements, exposed concrete, a façade composed of larch shingles and an innovative cooling and heating system.“BORA’s growth requires and enables an expansion of office capacity. I am proud to provide our staff with innovative workplaces that should enable top performance through top architecture,” says Willi Bruckbauer. The building project covering 14,000 m² is an affirmation on the site. The headquarters for worldwide distribution and the high-tech development laboratory are located right on the River Inn and not far from the BORA Headquarters in Raubling. The innovative building with room for future expansion reflects the company values as part of the company’s own corporate design: home, dynamism, differentiation, premium. The 100 employees currently working here have at their disposal on the 4,500 m² site state of the art workplaces in an inspiring work atmosphere including training and regeneration areas with air at a high altitude comparable to that of a 2,000 metre mountain, changing and shower rooms, physiotherapy spaces, rest areas, flexible conference rooms, a library and several kitchens. In the Healthy Bar, along with reverse osmosis water fountains, staff can enjoy a free healthy lunch every day – on the roof terrace with outdoor space in fine weather.
