Revolution Tour: BORA in the air in Brussels

BORA in the air

As part of its European tour, the BORA Cooking Truck with its glass cube kitchen has been stationed in Europe's capital city for three days. Right next to the Atomium, the famous landmark in Brussels, the BORA Cube was hoisted over 30 metres into the air. It looked spectacular, particularly at night.

It was also pretty spectacular inside the floating kitchen: the BORA principle - where cooking steam is entirely drawn downwards - was demonstrated live by three BORA chefs. They prepared delicious, healthy snacks using a tepan steel grill, induction and gas hobs. In the evening they cooked a three-course menu with scampi, lamb and a dessert of shredded pancake (a speciality known as Kaiserschmarrn) for specially invited guests.  The guests were deeply impressed by the BORA systems, not to mention the view. Down below, tourists and residents alike looked at the cube in awe.  And with every 'BORA in the Air' event, the brand name is becoming increasingly well known, gathering more and more interest.  Continuing its tour around Europe, the BORA Cube will be heading for Vienna, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Paris, Amsterdam, London and Rome.
