The mobile BORA restaurant provides the best conditions for performance-optimised nutrition as well as a beautifully designed place of retreat, essential for pre-race preparation and relaxation afterwards.
With our cooktop extractors, instead of letting cooking vapours and odours rise in the first place, we draw them away where they are created, directly extracting them at the cooktop, from the pot, roaster or pan. And no, we do not do this by magic, but simply by applying the basic principles of fluid mechanics and using a cross flow that is greater than the rising speed of the cooking vapour. Our system is made up of perfectly aligned components, which have been specially developed by our engineers and are continuously optimised. All products are subjected to the toughest of tests, which go far beyond everyday use. This enables us to guarantee optimum performance for our customers at all times.
