#9 Lukas Pöstlberger

  • Austrian National Champion 2018, 2012

“Pösti” already had a national championship title under his belt when he joined BORA – hansgrohe as a stagiaire. After a second-place finish behind team mate Gregor Mühlberger in 2017, he got to wear the champion’s jersey again in 2018. Lukas is not only the youngest Austrian national champion, but also the first Austrian ever to win a stage at the Giro d'Italia – none other than the opening stage of the race’s 100th edition in 2017. He has not only proved his mettle, but has also demonstrated the real meaning of #poestipower.
