Chicken stir-fry with mango and pineapple


Cut the chicken breast into approx. 4 cm cubes and the mango and pineapple into approx. 2 cm cubes. Set the BORA wok to level 7, add the oil and chicken and season with 2 tbsp soy sauce. After about 5 minutes add the mango and pineapple and cook for a further 3-4 minutes, seasoning with the remaining soy sauce, lime juice and finally pepper. Garnish with fresh coriander.


For two people

● 400 g chicken breast
● 200 g mango
● 200 g pineapple
● 2 tbsp lime juice
● 4 tbsp soy sauce
● Oil for frying (coconut or sesame oil), pepper, fresh coriander
