#6 Teriyaki chicken

Preparation

Sear the chicken breast, add the ginger, garlic and tamarind and continue to fry. Deglaze with soy sauce and add sugar to taste. Leave to reduce. Cut the vegetables into thin strips, briefly sauté them, season to taste and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  • 4 chicken breasts (cut into pieces)
  • 2 carrots (sliced)
  • 1 handful of bean sprouts
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • Tamarind (optional)
  • 2 sticks of celery (sliced)
  • 1 small courgette (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 cm ginger (finely chopped)
  • 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • 100 ml soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 coriander stems (finely chopped)
